It’s perfect, good quality
It is great for shadow boxing. Getting into Martial Arts or Boxing. You can benefit yourself with the reflex ball. If you are new to shadow boxing do it for 2 minutes each SET. The important thing to remember is to focus

We got this for our son to train with since all the gyms are still closed. He laughed at first, then got SUPER annoyed but after a few hours, he was getting the hang of it. It’s definitely not made to make you look cool but it’s designed to train you once it’s humbled you lol great idea and actually works
I purchased this to exercise and work on my reflexes. It is a fun challenge but the ball is large and soft so it doesn’t hurt when it hits me in the face. I am improving every time I use it. I would buy it for a child if they expressed an interest in boxing.

Great thing for the lockdown and keeping the brain alive! Would recommend wearing a cap to avoid the elastic pinging in your eyes. Have seen a review saying plastic snapped, could definitely happen but mines been fine so maybe he’s Tyson fury or something! Great buy
